on may 27 I made agreement with my landloads property manager and attorney because i was late with my rent payment. I agree to pay them $700.00 dollars that day and the balance to be payed by June 14. On june 11, I received a letter from the arizona dept. of economic security that all unempolyment payments where put on hold until congress votes on the extenions. So I went to the proprety manager should him the letter and he advise me that he must speek to there attorney. A few hours later he return and told me due to the circumstances that they would grent me 30 more days. On june 18 the property manager hands me a letter that demands that payment must be paid no later then 8AM on june 28 which left no time for me make any type of arangements. Also from May 27 agreement to date I have not been given anything in wrighting so I really dont knew what papers he may have on file. I own a moble home that I rent the space for , In no means is it a truly moble home it is affix to the ground it has no wheels ,axils nor hitch and is the only thing I have and all of my stuff is in it . Have no money and the money that is due me is being held the state because congress has not voted as of yet. Is there anything I can do thank you Dennis byron

Dennis,
You should call the Maricopa County Bar Association and ask them to direct you to a lawyer who will work for no payment. You need legal representation. If the MCBA cannot get you to an attorney, then ask for a "legal aid" office. You can call the State Bar of AZ and ask for the same.
