Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
I am in AZ, we had to evict our renter. we got a judgement for past due rent and fees. Now we have filed for a judgement for rent for after they left and until we got a new renter, damages, cleaning, ect. and costs of advertising for re-rental. The judge declined it saying it was against the landlord tenant law. Can you explain this too me?

You should read the AZ Landlord Tenant Act (copy available at any Justice Court). You will see that when you asked the court to evict the tenant, that was the time for you to ask for damages and get judgment against the tenant.
