Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
my brother let a "friend" stay with him and it has been just under 60 days. the guy has moved his furniture in and has never paid one cent in rent and was supposed to leave after about 30 days. my brother is now moving to a different apartment and the guy won't leave. what legally can he do if my brother moves his stuff out of there and leaves it by the dumpster and moves on with his life? the guy is threatening him and saying he has to give him notice(which he actually did) does the guy have any rights ?

I suggest that your brother go to the local Justice Court and get an order of protection and ask the court to order the friend to remove his stuff.
