Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
Me and my daughters are suppose to go to court on 8-17-09 for nonpayment of rent for this month. We want to pay the landlord all monies due prior to that. Do we still need to go to court? Do we need to let the court know? Does the landlord have to take the money?

Of course pay everything owed as soon as possible. The landlord does have to take the money or be in trouble for not mitigating his damages. There still might be a court hearing but you're in a better position legally if you make every effort to pay soon and all or as much as possible. Good luck!
