Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
My girlfriend wants me to move out. I moved out here 2/1/12. My girlfriend and I and my son have lived here for just over 4 years. Her father owns it, and she wants me to move out. There is no rental agreement, yet I have been giving her $500 a month cash to help with the bills. What are my legal rights? Can I just be kicked out?

If you have no rental agreement and you are not on title to the house, you have no legal right to stay. If you do not leave she could file an eviction action against you
