Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Hi,

I got a refund check from my old apartment office. I slept with it for more than 90 days and it got voided by now. I called the apartment people to reissue the check , but they have been delaying it for more than 60 days. Also they are giving me proper responde - they dont take my calls and when I go in person, they act like they are busy...I felt very bad when they treated me like that...i dont mine loosing that money..but i want sue them for their behaviour,,Can i do that, Can I win the case...pls advice

Hi, sorry for your problems. Yes, you can sue them for the amount they owe you but it would be unlikely that you'd recover anything more, other than interest for the delay. Good luck,
