Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Issues with a roommate who is not on the lease.
To begin, I moved into a house recently with 3 other roommates. 3 of us are over the age of 18 and are thus on the lease, however one of the people is not 18, and her dad gave basic consent (no paperwork, just his permission) to let her live with us. We inquired with our leasing agency how this would work, and they said she could live there and would not be on the lease since she is not 18. However, we have had problems with her recently. She will not listen to us at all, and is beginning to break not only leasing agreements (we agreed to have only 1 pet, and she has brought in 2 additional ones, plus she is attempting to bring another person to live in the house that is also not 18) but also, she's borderline breaking the law. She is dating a man over 21, who is willing to buy her alcohol, while we've been able to keep anything from going on in our house to this point, she seems adament on going against us on this issue as well. None of the 4 of us are over 21, so no alcohol is allowed in this house at all, this we are fully aware of.

So my question is this: what basic rights do we have to get rid of her? If she brings alcohol into the house (she may have and us not know it) what happens if we call the cops on her?

1st call her Dad. Tell him what's going on and the pets & booze have to go or you're going to the landlord, then the cops.
