Can lock be change if signed notice from tenant to vacate on certain date?

You must wait to change the lock until after the tenant vacates the property or the day following the date on the notice. If you change the lock anytime prior to that date, you may be in violation of the AZ Residential Landlordt Tenant Act. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
