Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
Landlord issues
my apartment complex gave my keys to someone who was not on the lease in fact there was a note on the folder that said not to give them to her. She entered the apt and i called the police. The police said it was domestic and she did not break in, she had keys. The apt office was closed so the police let her take what ever she wanted to, and told me to take her to court. She move out of state, and i got evicted because of not paying rent until i got some sort of reimbursement from the apt complex. They promised to help me but did nothing in the end. I had over 30,000 worth of items stolen. DO i have any legal options?

Re: Landlord issues
Was this person ever on the lease? I would want to review the lease, but it sounds like a breach of lease and the covenant of habitability.
