Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
Our landlord is terminating our lease early so they can move back in. We did not violate the lease in any way but they are threatening to evict us prior to the end of the lease. They gave us a 30 day notice and then gave us another 15 days and now they are saying that they are going to serve us with eviction. Is this lawfull??

It will depend on the terms of your written lease agreement. If there is no written lease, then you are on a month to month, with 30 days notice being appropriate.
