Landlord-Tenant Lease question

How do you word or what would be the correct terminology for naming an unborn child in a residential lease agreement? I am naming all of the tenants and their children, but they have one on the way. Not sure how to correctly word this in their lease. Any help is very much appreciated! Thank you!
