I live with my fiance at my home which I own. We are seperating. i have asked her to move out but shes not looking for a new place. I would like to know how to legally kick her out of my house. she does not pay rent and there is no contract between us.

You should read the AZ Landlord Tenant Act, available at any Justice Court, and give her legal notice to vacate the premises and follow the process described therein. Even though she is not paying rent, she has tenant rights. Ultimately, you can go to court and get an order of eviction. It sounds like she wants to remain in the relationship and you do not, so make it clear that the relationship is over and that she must move in the time allowed.
