Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Mom dies, grandson living in house won't leave

When my mother dies, and one of her daughters is living rent-free in one of the houses she owned, must she vacate so it can be sold to liquidate mom's estate?

I'll assume that there is no written codicil allowing the daughter to live in the house.
