Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Motion to Set Aside Judgement appropriate?

My previous Landlord is attempting to collect $705 for allegedly not providing a '30-Day Intent to Vacate Notice.' They have served me with a collection notice via certified mail, but are not suing me. Can I contest this in civil court by filing a Motion to Set Aside Judgment? If not, what would the appropriate action be?

Do they have a judgment? Have they taken your deposit? When was notice given?
