Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
Can I get a neighbor evicted, for being a nuisance neighbor? The neighbor resides on his fathers property, but does not own the property. He has taken me to court 3 times with an injuction of harrasment, and it has been thrown out every time

No, you have no right to evict him, however, you can bring an action/law suit against him for "malicious prosecution" and seek damages. If you could properly bring an action against the father, that is to say, hold the property owner liable for the action of his tenant, that would be the best way to get the father to control his son's behavior or get him to kick the son out of his house. You should retain experienced legal counsel and go after him.
