I recived an notice of immediate termination of rental agreement does that mean I have to vacate the premisis tonight?

No, you don't have to vacate tonight? Look at the terms of your lease agreement and what it provides with regard to termination of the lease by the landlord. Also, go to any Justice Court and look at the AZ Landlord Tenant Act to see what your obligations are in this case.
