Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

My rent lease has been over since last year. I decided to move because the house is in really bad conditions, and the owner doesnt want to repair, we have mold and water drips from the roof when it rains, one of the doors does not close because the wall is falling. I gave my thirty day notice to leave . I want to protect myself and i want my deposit. Also the owner wants to sell the house and a broker just called me that he wants to give my number so people can call me and make arrangements to show the house while we still live here . What can i do to get my deposit
