rental lease agreement
i own a business & have a 3 yr lease but the city bought the property from the owner, am i still obligated to the lease if i choose to opt out? i didnt sign anything w/the city & the previous owner notified me verbally of this on 1-2-07

You are obligated under your written lease until it terminates by its terms or agreement of the parties.
There may be an attornment by the city and the lease should cover that.
