I rented and house and have a roommate. I have only been ther for 13 days. Can I move out and break my lease without any fee?

Re: Renter
That depends on the terms of your lease. Most landlords have provisions in the lease that require that if you terminate the lease early they receive compensation. Also, you could remain liable for the rent on the lease until the landlord is able to obtain new renters. Alot depends on your lease agreement. What is the reason you are looking to terminate your lease? Under certain circumstances Arizona law allows you to break the lease early without any penalties.
