Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
Roommate/Underage Girlfriend
Me and my wife have taken in a 19 yr old (going on 20) for a short time while he gets things straightened out (his mother kicked him out of her home). The issue we have is that he has a girlfriend who is 15. We told them there is a problem with her staying the night but her parents don't seem to mind. They've also said that should anything happen they will take responsibility. My question is whether or not we would be held responsible or not if something did happen.

Re: Roommate/Underage Girlfriend
The general rule is that it is your house/apartment, and you are responsible for what happens in your house/apartment, if you have control over it. As an attorney for landlords, I regularly oppose tenants in court, where they are held liable for what their guests do if they were aware of the circumstance relating to any situation.
