Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
I signed my lease on friday the 8th and four hours later we go to move in and its infested, we have a little girl and are expecting. I don't want to live in these conditions what should i do?

If it is not habitable to live in, then you can break your lease and get your money back. Put everything in writing, and make sure you have evidence that there is infestation.

In Arizona, if a tenant claims that the premises are uninhabitable, the renter may provide the landlord with either a 10-day notice or a five-day health and safety notice pursuant to A.R.S.Sec. 33- 1361. This statute would permit the resident to terminate the lease and sue for damages.
