If You Sing A Lease And then have a heartatack or stroke and half to move in with family because you can no longer care for yourself and break the lease can i still get my deposit back thank you very much in addvance stage 4 colon canser

Legal impossibility is a legal reason to rescind a contract, however, you will probably have to go to small claims or justice court to get your money back.
