Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

Can I sue a licensed broker who is my landlord for not having good faith and etc. To make a short story long, he had me sign a contract without going to see the place (I'm a 1st time renter)which when i went to see the place it looked like it should have been condemned. I called him and he said I have a signed contract so I couldn't get my security deposit back. So I was force to live there with my infant child with no heat in the winter, there was no ac during the summer, we had no stove/oven, couldn't use tub because of rust so infant child could not take bath and my child has skin damage from this. There was water damage/mold in the place I have asthma and now Its hard for me to birth and I have constant chest pains every scenes I moved in. I wrote notice after notice and then I gave a 5 day after the 3rd notice and called the city inspector and the inspector said it was all bad. My clothes, and furniture, etc had mold particles scent where I have to get rid of them. Can I sue him?

Sure... you can sue him... the issue is whether you will collect anything. Most lawyers do not handle this kind of problem on a contingency fee basis. I have no idea how long you lived there... sounds like it was at least one summer and one winter... that all makes a difference... you can call us at 602 462 1004 if you would like to discuss your situation.
