Arizona does not limit how many visitors you can have drop by; however, depending on the property management rules existing for this apartment, the apartment complex may have limits regarding parking, disruption to other tenants, excessive noise and other circumstances like that. When a property manager sends a tenant a 10 day notice to stop certain conduct, it is generally because the conduct has become an issue in the complex. Many complexes do not tolerate people running a business from the apartment that results in a steady stream of traffic, parking or noise issues. In this age of caution, apartment managers are also concerned with any activity which suggests drug trafficking, prostitution or any criminal activity at the apartment complex. The manager can generally evict a tenant if they believe that illegal or disruptive activity is occurring at the apartment.
