Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
How can unwanted relatives be removed from my fathers house since he is not living there at this time but in a rehab center.

He has the right to decide who can live there and who can't. If he is the only person on the title to the property or the lease then he has the exclusive right. If he is of sound mind he can tell them himself he wants them out. Otherwise someone would need to have power of attorney for him and then could relay what they think would be his wishes to the "unwanted relatives." Best of luck!
