Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
Verbal Agreements
It was agreed for me to pay $350.00 to my landlord. There was no contract or written agreement. I paid $350.00, she is now telling me to pay her $200.00 more than what was agreed upon. She says she will take me to small claims court and garnish my wages. Is this possible after paying the verbally agreed amount?
