Legal Question in Military Law in Arizona
I am a 19 year old dependant of an Army soldier. I was recently arrested as i was driving onto the military base and was charged for: consumption of alcohol by a minor, under 21 years of age operating a motor vehicle with spirituous liquor, DUI alcohol and drug (marijuana) combination, possession of paraphernalia(a pipe), and possession of marijuana(less than 1 oz). I will be attending a military court-martial, and i would like to find out what possible outcomes could happen for these charges.

If you are a dependant and not in the military yourself, you cannot go before a court-martial. Rather, you would have to go before a civilian court on these charges. The charges are serious so you will need a good attorney, but you should not go to a court-martial. They are only for active duty personnel.
