Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona
i was in an accident
I was a passenger in acar,we hit a wall the policy limits on medical are30/60. My medical bills are 7000.00 I have been wearing as leg immobiliser cast and a neck brace. How much should I ask for? The insurancew is through Geico, and they wont pay for my phscical therapy up front, so i want to settle now.

Settling now is too early.
You need to be as good as you will be physically.
The law is suppose to put you back in the position you were in prior to the injury.
