Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Auto Injury Atty Lax with Informing me on process
11/1/07 was re-ended on Hiway Girl Hit me @ 30mph while I was stopped to traffic. I retained an atty who my employer/my chiro refered me to. I was then referred to an autobody shop by the paralegal where the guy gave me the run around when I wanted my vehicle back. In short I never got my vehicle back it was still drivable! was. when brought to the attn of the atty he told me that he does not handle anything to do w/ Prop Damage so I had to take the offer for ins to keep car. Also now that prop dam settled my one of my med bills has gone to collections when brought up to paralegal she told me that she that they sent the letter & if I wanted to I could call them and ask them to hold off or just make small pmts. It seems that my atty has caused me more stress than the accident itself and its seems to be ruining my credit in the mitz. It seems as if I have a paralegal & not atty. My 1st offer for Med pain & suffering would put me at -$1100. Tha para told me that the most I would prob get is 2000. I', confused b/c I never got a f/u on my injuries. I am wondering if I have a valid reason to fire atty b/c of failure to represent in clients best interests & result of failure to perform now credit is at risk?
