Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Had a blowout caused by falty hub cap to a new tire

I bought the hub caps at a major store chain it did about $1000 in damage but i also could have been killed so do i go to the store or to an Attorney before someone gets killed the hubcaps are being sold all over the country and must be taken out of the store

Sounds like a products liability case. You can sue every entity in the "stream of commerce" and the manufacturer if found defective.
