Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

If you disclose that you have herpes your partner accepts it and you have sex...can that person hold you liable if he/she later contracts it. How would they prove they got it from you?

No. You gave them verbal notice. And it would be hard to prove they got it from you. They could have gotten it from anyone; no way to prove they were monogamous.
