Dog kills Dog
What laws (Arizona) are established regarding Dogs killing dogs in a daycare facility and/or while supervised by a thrid party, and were the owner of each dog has waived liability on the part of the daycare facility or Third party (In writing).

Your question is too broad and vague. Please briefly state the factual basis, then ask a specific question.
I could go on and on about "what laws are established" but not knowing the specific facts, and not knowing what the wording was in the signed documents you refer to, I wouldn't know your problem.
