Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

i was givin 2 checks from an insurance company for an accident that wasn't my fault..i cashed one check then got another one a week later.for the same amount..well prior to the 2nd check.i was entered into a raffel through my bank and it was called double your deposit.well end of the month rolls around and i get another check? i figured i won the raffle and i paid some bills.well turns out it was the insurance companies fault.they sent me a check on accident.well what do i do? am i required by law to pay them back? when it was a totally mixed up situation?
