Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Hit by a Red Light Runner

My wife and I were hit on the driver's side of the car by a person who ran a red light and admitted fault. We have a police report. The driver's insurance company is not disputing it. They made us an offer on our car, which was a total loss that seems reasonable; however, they are reluctant to pay us for ''loss of use'' of our vehicle after the data that the offer was made. We both went to the hospital and were incapacitated for several days (including the days in which the offer was made). We would like to receive either a reasonable rental when we need it or to be paid for loss of use until we can find and buy another vehicle. What are our options?

See an attorney, which you need for your injury case anyway. We offer free, no obligation consultations in the office or by phone. 480.835.1500. For more information see our blog at JenkinsLawCenter.blogspot.com

You have options on the car, and need advice and representation on the injury claim, but the facts of the entire case must be presented to the attorney. Also, do not delay, since it is important to get information in the early stages. Do not speak to insurance adjusters before speaking to an attorney. Thanks for your message.
