Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona
Insurance Adjuster from...
I got rearended by a kid at 45-50mph he wasn't looking at the road at I was just accelerating 5-10mph. Well, went to the hospital, chriopractor all that good stuff. The other guys insurance co. said they were at fault and would take care of everything. Well, I've been waiting & the adjuster isn't doing anything. I've been waiting like 2mo. for a settelment and now my bills are going to collectors, the adjuster says I meet with on friday, but nothing, they've done that to me 2 times now. So I call the boss and that person says well I talk to your adjuster and see if we can get this done now. Guess what?? Still nothing!! What am I supposed to do?? It wasn't my fault...I've now got bill collectors calling me for money and I've told the adjustor handfull of times, but they aren't doing anything...what should I do? Talk to the supervisors supervisor? I feel lost and stressed about these bills!!!

Re: Insurance Adjuster from...
The answer is very simple. Hire an accident attorney immediately. Anything you say to the adjusters will be used against you. They know you cannot file a lawsuit by yourself. You are not being advised. You will not know your rights or the value of your case. You will have to deal with the adjusters, who are professionals who are experts at getting what the insurance company wants, not protecting you.
We offer free, no obligation consultations for accident victims. Fees are charged when we win the case and collect. I have 27 years of experience in these cases, so you are welcome to speak with me.
