Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Sholud a judge strike a sponse to a motion if it is file 5 days late. Also, what should happen if a lawyer intenially lies to a judge.

Very general questions with no facts of the case, what happened, no history of the case.

Answer: First Question: Late filings can be struck, you need to comply with deadlines. That is within the discretion of the judge.

typo in my answer to second question.

Again, no facts of the case. You would have to prove that the attorney mislead the court, and the court could take action in the case or the state bar. Be careful to not make any unfounded claim.
