Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

My husband was injured at a bar Thursday night by another patron who deliberately struck him in the face with a beer bottle, resulting in 3 broken bones in his face. My husband was leaving the bar..some words were exchanged and the other guy blindsided him. The other guy is contstantly causing issues. No one called 911,my husband had to call when he came to.Is there a personal injury lawsuit here?

There is a possible lawsuit against the bar and/or the the other patron. I would immediately consult with an attorney and call the bar to see if they have video of the assualt, and ask them to preserve it. Were there any witnesses?

The bar has a duty to the patrons. Records need to be checked quickly. Did he go to the hospital?
