Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

do i have any recourse for my injuries

on 12/2/04 i fell and was injured in the downstairs area of the house i rent. i fell in water that was from a broken pipe in the wall. this pipe had been previously repaired by the landlord(since deceased). this break was in a different part of the pipe. i was unconscious for a short time and taken by ambulance to the er. there were no broken bones. i have been unable to hold my head up straight or lift my right arm above my head and have had severe pain. i have taken physical therapy with a bit of releif. is the owner of the property responsible for this? i appreciate any answers.

It depends.

I need more information, however, I appears the owner has a duty to keep safe the property and if he knew of the "danger<" he may be liable.
