Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Not Sure

Scenario:

You and I share a pen (whatever). We both work for it, use it, pay for it and enjoy it. One day you decide to give it away. With out my permission/knowledge. Are there laws addressing this typeof scenario and/or criminal offenses related to the scenario. Could I seek restitution if only to use as a tool to prevent you from giving anything else away and/or as ''punishment'' for giving the pen away in the first place??

(based on us living in the same country and maybe not the same state? (or the same state?))

Re: Not Sure

I would respectfully suggest that if you want a serious answer, given free of charge on this website by attorneys who are seldom hired by the questioners and volunteer their time to respond to such questions, that you present the true facts of your case, instead of a rhetorical hypothetical. That is, of course, if you have a real matter that is serious.

Best regards,

James D. Jenkins
