Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

I was in a vechicle accident in A.Z. my insurance won't cover it due to my ex bf not paying his half of the insurance that month. Its been A year and I now live in idaho. Today I was served a summons in which I have no way to show up for court date? What do I do now?

You need to contact an attorney in the jurisdiction where the case was filed. You have a very short period of time to answer it. If you don't answer they will get a default judgment against you.
