Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Whats it worth??

Here are the specifics

date: 3/25/04

Gilbert, Arizona (Maricopa County)

Sitting at red light at an intersection in my fully restored 1972 Nova SS

Rear ended by a large pick-up truck owned by a large air conditioning firm at aprox. 40 mph (1 Million Policy)

rear bumper of car was pushed to back window - seat collapsed and bent to back seat

For pictures see www.cvl-22.com/nova/nova.html

Other driver was cited for failure to control speed, and insurance company has admitted liabilty

Immediate pain in spine and ribs

Hopsital originally treated and released me with broken back at L4

Primary care doctor informed me CT scan showed no broken back

sent for MRI - crushed disk at L3-4 with acute annular failure

to date I have had 1 MRI, 2 CT scans and a discogram ( very painful)

Fusion Surgery performed on 7/7

very painful recovery, constantly attached to a spinal fusion stimulator

A good amount of pain has been reduced by the surgery, yet I still have good and bad days depending on my activity.. I can walk for about 20 minutes before hurting, I can sit in a chair for maybe 45 minutes befoire I need to get up from pain... What might this case be worth??

Re: Whats it worth??

Your case should be worth in excess of $100,000. I would be able to give you a more concise estimate if you could tell me about your medical bills, your prognosis, your lost earnings, your personal/home situation, etc. There are so many things to consider when evaluating an injury as serious as yours. I would be happy to discuss your case with you further. You can e-mail me directly at [email protected]. By the way, I am very sorry about your car. What a beautiful Nova it was before the accident.
