Legal Question in Product Liability in Arizona
I purchased a used car on July 20th from a dealer for $975. On July 24th, the car broke down (cracked radiator and blown head gasket). I had the car towed to a mechanic and learned that I was sold a lemon. I have contacted the owner of the dealership and he doesn't want to fix this issue unless I pay to have the car towed across town and pay for enging repairs. What are my next steps?

Have the car towed, pay for engine repairs -- on a credit card -- then take the dealer to small claims court. You don't need a lawyer to do that. Good luck!
