Legal Question in Product Liability in Arizona
We purchased an exercise bike online. The warranty described in the online ad (10 years) by the seller was far different than the one that arrived with the bike, which was much worse (3 years). We contacted the seller. They asked for a day to contact their manufacturer's rep. It has now been 5 days and we have heard nothing.
I looked at a different store, they are selling the same bike with the same 10 year warranty terms. It appears the manufacturer made a change and did not communicate this to the sellers.
What are our rights? We love the bike, but a 10 year warranty is what we expected, not a 3 year.

This is a case of false advertising. They can't describe one thing and then give you something else when you purchase. That is the classic "bait and switch." Take them to small claims court.
