Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
5 years ago i got a divorce from my former wife. The marital home was to be sold and the prceeds split, she was given control of the sale, and i was to pay the mortage sold. However she has not placed the house on the market in the passed 5 years. I still reside in the house, and i was wondering if it is possible to get her removed from the deed she is not on the loan.

She would have to cooperate and make an agreement to modify the court order (which would then require court approval), and then, she could quit claim her interest in the property to you.
If she does not agree to the above, then you could go to court and seek the same result.
