agent commission

If a real estate broker looses his license whtat happens to the commissions due the licensed agents that were working for the broker

I would think the broker should make arrangements with a substitute broker to take over the transactions. If he or she is not doing this, the agents should hire an attorney to get is straightened out with A.D.R.E. Commissions on sales already closed are still owing by the broker.
