Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

air conditioning

We own a condo in a hoa community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since Saturday there has been no air conditioning in the building we live in. The office said they will have it fixed on tuesday. What are our options in this terrible heat? We are both in our 80's.

I would have considered a motel for a couple of days if I had been you.

If you are not happy with the way your association is managed you can organize the owners to elect other officers. You give no facts as to the a/c failure, so it is not apparent that there is negligence. Perhaps it was a bad failure of the a/c system which could not be fixed over the weekend due to parts, etc.?
