Arizona anti-deficiency statutes

I am considering foreclosure and wish to clarify how the anti-deficiency statutes may apply to me.

So long as the money you borrowed was for the purchase of your residence, there will be no responsibility for the deficiency between the amount received upon foreclosure and the amount due under the note.
