Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Arizona Law - Real Estate Agent Code of Ethics

I have some concerns about my former Real Estate agent that I would like some direction with. I understand that there is a ''Code of Ethics'' procedure for making a complaint but I would like to talk with a lawyer before doing so. What type of lawyer do I look for in regards to seeking resolution with a mismanaged (licensed) agent?
