If a seller of a 5 acre lot in Arizona conveys title to two buyers, one after the other, who is the owner? Sellers signs deed and gives it to buyer A. Next day same seller signs a deed and gives it to buyer B. Buyer B records deed the next day. Buyer A waits 4 years then records his deed. In the state of Arizona who is the owner, A or B.

Buyer B is the owner. Buyer A should hurry up and take action to get his money refunded.
