Basic quitclaim

Hi,

My wife, when single, entered into a timeshare agreement with one other person regarding a property in Arizona. She wants to hand over all ownership to the other person for free. How does she do this? A quitclaim?

Yes, a quitclaim deed(correctly prepared and recorded), should convey sufficiently away your

wife's legal interest in this utterly regrettable and unproductive purchase.
